I have let a lot of stuff in my life go and stoped worrying...it feels good and lonely at the same time... Is there a reason you are harassing me or are you this bored? Using the 'finger' emoticon is also against policy. So, with that, this is your warning. No, people don't get away with it, as you are seeing now.
As far as the deviant in question, it was a simple mistake made by another admin that was just starting out at the time.
Now, I can already see that you are bored of DA and you have already made your dramatic departing words;

But it seems you haven't left. Maybe this is the reason for the immature jabs you are taking at me. Harassment is against site policy and DA has a zero tolerance towards this. You may think and believe as you wish. I don't care. If you wish to remain at DA, please consult the Etiquette Policies and follow them. If you do not, then disciplinary actions will be taken. Same goes for everyone.
So, continued harassment will be reported. I personally will not handle it, but I will turn it over to the head of the Policy Violation Team for him to deal with. Not sure why you felt the need to contact me, but it's over now.

how is this agianst policy when it is an emotion set up by the site? I was going to ask more about why you do think you're better than everyone eles, why you're rude, and why you come accross as an ass, but I wont. Guys like me never win because of guys like you. The use of emoticons for the sole intent of flaming, or insulting, another deviant is not tolerated.
This means that despite the fact that the emoticon is available it's use is treated in exactly the same manner as typing the words Fuck You.
